After the kiddos ran, we went over to the Reinhardt's new home for supper. After residency the Reinhardts moved down to Charleston so it was the perfect place for us to gather. It was so nice to enjoy great fellowship and catch up with our residency friends. We had Tennessee, Georgia, Kentucky and South Carolina represented here. The kiddos had a ball reuniting as well. Thank you Reinhardts for hosting all of us!
VERY early the next morning we all got up for the Cooper River Bridge Run. Amanda and Karissa walked the race (as they are both preggers!) and offered to take Kaleb so I could run. That was so sweet of them. Plus, it gave Chris the opportunity to beat me for the first time in over 6 years!
It was only by 30 seconds though...
And, that was our trip. The next morning we drove home. 13 hours of driving...of which Kaleb did not sleep a wink.
